Perfect Solution
Sean is a master builder in the true sense of the words. Two years ago we had a water problem in our three storey home that became gradually worse over the course of a year, as water was getting into the bottom level. Sean arrived, looked over the property and found that the contour of the land on the second level (that was covered by a ground decking & pavers) was causing all the rain water to run towards the house and down into the bottom level. He suggested taking up the decking and pavers, re-contouring the land and re-laying the area in aggregate concrete. This was absolutely the perfect solution as the water has not got in again, I can't thank him enough. I would recommend him anytime.

Honest and Reliable
Sean from Terranova Building and Renovation Services has worked at our facility over the past two years, with the addition of a 16 bedded unit and a refurbishment of our 31 bed at Oakdale Resthome. Sean is our main building contractor, meeting all of our building needs.

Impeccable detail
While Sean had done some repairs and additions to our cowshed and staff houses we were impressed with his resourcefulness the quality of his workmanship and his appreciable pleasant demeanour, so when we were looking at building a new main homestead for ourselves we were after a builder that was easy to get along with and understood what we were trying to achieve, had high standards, attention to detail and experience with technical complex design. After looking at our plans and photos of ideas, Sean kindly showed us some of the higher spec work he had done. All were to of a very high standard and his clients had all found he never lost sight of the importance of keeping them happy. Sean and his team built our home to a very high standard. His attention to detail from the first string lines for the floor, too the last board on the deck were impeccable. During the build we came across a couple of things we found hard to visualise or what was on the plans wasn't quite what we expected. Sean was very patient and had an incredible ability to put us at ease before moving on to the next stage. With Sean there is no ego. The draughtsman, building inspector and all of the other tradesman found him very approachable, accommodating and easy to work with.
